” Japanese wild grapes” are so valuable worldwide because they are difficult to cultivate. We squeezed the fruits including the skin and extracted the juice. Then vacuumed & aged at a low temperature for over 3 years to create a deep sour taste.
No sugar, salt, preservatives, or additives.
