Brewery's commitment

Daimon Sake Brewery was founded in 1826 in the ninth year of the Bunsei era, and has always incorporated the best sake brewing environment and techniques. In this generation, in order to cultivate the fermentation of yeast as precisely as possible, we are devoted to brewing on a small scale, and all sake is brewed by low-temperature long-term fermentation.
