An original gin-based umeshu crafted in-house. Using a craft gin with a bold citrus aroma as its base, Kishu-grown Nanko plums are steeped to create a unique umeshu with an aroma unlike any other and a vibrant, stimulating finish.
In 2023, it was awarded the Platinum Prize in the Umeshu Division of the Kura Master (France) competition.
