Use rice

Hidahomare

The owner thought of it, and Mr. Mori gave shape to it. Rice (Hidahomare) and yeast (G1 yeast) are 100% produced in Gifu Prefecture. Authentic dry, refreshing aftertaste. A scent that penetrates from the throat to the nose. Nurukan (warm temperature) is one of the recommended.
It is one of the few "kosher certified" Junmai sake in Japan.
